This year, Sprout is thrilled to announce our Dining Series events!
Throughout the year, Sprout will host a series of culinary experiences, where we will showcase small Tasmanian producers and their locally grown or farmed produce. We will pair that producer with a local chef and restaurant who will work their magic on the plate, to make the produce shine and show us interesting ways to use the seasonal produce that is grown locally here in Tasmania.
Come along to our events and you will hear from the producer themselves, learn about their story, how they came to be on the land, and why they do what they do. You will also hear from the chef, who will talk about what they love about Tasmanian produce, how they use it and why supporting local producers is important to them.
This event has been such a thrill to put together! Guests will experience an Extra Virgin Olive Oil tasting, from a variety of award winning Tasmanian groves which will then lead us into dinner with produce from Longley Organic Farm and Deep End Farm!
