This year Sprout will be hosting two dinner events, in Autumn and Spring.
Our first is at Stefano Lubiana Osteria in the Derwent Valley in May, and we will launch details of the Spring event as we lock them in, so stay tuned to our website and Facebook, Instagram feeds too.

What better way to celebrate the final turning of the fagus than to enjoy autumnal fruit, vegetables and produce, surrounded by friends and those who have a passion for local food, supporting our Tasmanian farmers and fostering a local food community.
