You are invited to indulge in a private cooking class designed by the Red Feather Inn and Summerlea Farm - August 25th!
Cooking with Summerlea will showcase Summerlea Farm yearling beef and introduce you to a range of preparation styles and techniques to elevate your cooking skills and delight your senses.
Rick and Liz will join you to talk about their farming journey and share their passion for ethical and sustainable farming. It’s a unique opportunity to work with both the producers and the produce to truly appreciate the origin of your food.
Have fun while learning the art of making a spectacular beef inspired sauce, glaze or flavoured butter and take some time to explore the exotic flavours of Asia as you create your dishes.
Under the expert tuition of chef Robert Atkins you'll learn about beef cuts and practice new techniques while preparing food to share. As well as teaching butchering skills, Robert has worked with the world’s top chefs and establishments from large functions at the American Embassy in London to intimate private dinners in Fleet Street.
In your shared table meal enjoy the dishes you have created and compare notes with your classmates about tips and techniques that work for you.
