Nysha Alexandria-Munro – People
Nysha’s background is agricultural science. She has worked both here and overseas in scientific research, mostly focussing on organic pesticide and beneficial soil microbes. She recently moved away from academia into the not for profit realm so that she could fully express her creativity and work more closely with people. She has a passion for education and sustainable agriculture and apart from working for Sprout, dedicates her time to running a kitchen garden at a primary school, through the MONA 24 Carrot Program, and help setting up an organic demonstration farm close to Hobart.
Long term friends, Erika and Nysha are a great team and both share a love for this beautiful state and determination to protect it! They are dedicated to making Fork to Fork a reality so that producers get the support and returns they deserve and locals get access to the amazing produce Tassie has on offer.
