This sit down dinner promises to be an extremely intimate affair, where guests will be seated around a long table in the privacy of the Stillwater Wine Cellar room, enjoying produce from three incredible Tasmanian farms! Three Peaks Organics, Langdale Farm and Campo de Flori are coming together to share their produce and their own unique stories about why they do what they do and how they came to be small producers in Tasmania.
Stillwater Chef Craig Will is currently designing the menu around this amazing local produce, to prepare an elegant and contemporary 3 course meal. Watch our Facebook page for teasers to get your taste buds dancing!
Arriving at 6.30pm, guests will have the opportunity to mingle, connect and network with each other in the Wine Bar, enjoying a complimentary glass of Jansz Rosé, before moving to the Wine Cellar room for the sit down dinner.
With only 20 tickets available, this will be an event like no other! Tickets include the 3 course meal and a complementary glass of Jansz Rosé upon arrival.
