all you need to know

Day 1 – Sunday 25 June

Main Conference Day, Moonah Arts Centre

  • Doors will open at 8.15am, and the conference starts at 8.45am. The day will finish at 5pm however there will be drinks available in the foyer afterwards for anyone wanting to stay and mingle.
  • Ticket price includes morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea. Post event drinks are to be purchased separately. We would like to ask all attendees to bring a mug to use for hot drinks and at lunch.
  • This year we are avoiding printing. Prior to the event you will be sent an electronic version of the conference program which you can bring on your devices. There will also be QR codes available on the day to download the program. We encourage you to bring your own notebook and a pen, or an electronic devices if you prefer, with you to take notes, and there will be facilitated sessions throughout the day where we will ask you to write down some thoughts and questions you have.
  • We are avoiding name tags this year, to help further reduce our waste. You will have your ticket scanned on entry, and to help with security we may ask you to show your ticket upon return should you leave the venue.
  • Tickets are 100% refundable until June 21st at 11.59pm. After this they are non-refundable. For any refunds please contact the Sprout team at info@sprout.org.au
  • Moonah Arts Centre in Hobart is located at 23-27 Albert Rd, Moonah TAS 7009 and a map is available below.
  • Parking is available close by at the 63 car park in Moonah. It is a large car park behind Main Rd and you can enter from either Hopkins Street or Albert Road. The Arts Centre is a short 2 minute walk from the car park. There are 2 accessible parking spaces directly in front of the Centre on Albert Road.

Day 2 – Monday 26 June

Farm Tours, Coal River Valley

  • Due to parking limitations at the farms (and to avoid dozens of cars travelling short distances around the valley!) we will be travelling together by bus. No separate travel is permitted. The bus will depart from Richmond Bus Station, Franklin St Car Park in Richmond at 9am. There is parking at the car park and on the surrounding streets (see below map).
  • The day is due to finish at around 6.30pm.
  • To keep the pricing down and to help with logistics we have decided to make food BYO – so bring a packed lunch, snacks, and of course plenty of water.
  • This year we are avoiding printing. We encourage you to bring your own notebook and a pen, or an electronic devices if you prefer, with you to take notes. We are also avoiding name tags this year, to help further reduce our waste. You will have your ticket scanned as you get on the bus.
